Choose the plan that meets your lab’s needs:
This service and support plan gives you the most comprehensive coverage, and can be customized to address specific travel requirements. It includes:
- All parts and labor
- Preventive maintenance and on-demand service visits
- Full telephone and remote technical support
- Expert applications support
- Priority scheduling
- Operator training
- Software support and all available software upgrades
This plan includes everything in the Complete Plan except for coverage on select major parts (SprayVIEW® system camera, laser, actuator load cell, and Indizo® system robotic arm and balance). This plan is an option for customers where budget is a concern.
System Software Support Maintenance Contract
Laboratories in need of access to system and software support via the Proveris Support Center can select this contract.
