JOB TITLE: Field Service Engineer

Position Summary

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing customer service, training, and deployment of Proveris Scientific Corporation’s technology, including instruments and software, to key customers throughout the world who may operate in FDA regulated environments. The individual will also: provide training to customers and distributors; provide technical support; troubleshoot electromechanical and database issues; create and maintain technical support procedures; contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization’s ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system; and provide customer feedback to management.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use of hands and fingers, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop; kneel; crouch, or crawl; talk, hear; taste and/or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.

Work Environment:

Moderate noise level associated with open office work environment and site conditions.
