Position Summary

Proveris Scientific is looking for an Applications Manager that combines pharmaceutical laboratory experience working with regulatory requirements in the spray and aerosol drug delivery area

Perform contract test services and help sell lab services offering; introduce new services; support scientific collaborations; author scientific publications based and present at scientific conferences; author technical documents, test methods, test reports, within cGMP regulations; perform sample preparation and analysis procedures to quantitatively measure pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical compounds in formulations and/or biological matrices; implement test methods, instrumentation, and procedures by investigating alternatives, developing and executing appropriate validation experiments; review technical documents for accuracy, thoroughness and regulatory compliance; provide recommendations to develop and maintain high quality GLP/cGMP documentation in accordance with regulatory guidances and SOPs; communicate with customers to resolve issues, quote laboratory services; define and execute experiments for demos, & business activities; develop and deliver technical presentations and demos; design reviews, and pre-release product testing; and creation of marketing collateral.

Minimum Requirements:

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related & 3 years of experience. 3 years’ experience with OINDP development, creating an interpreting graphics and release testing; 2 years’ experience with spray analysis technologies for droplet size distribution, spray pattern, plume geometry; 2 years’ experience developing and validating HPLC methods; 2 years of experience with calibration, operation and troubleshooting of HPLC, UPLC and other analytical instrumentation; 2 years hands on experience with cGMP, and compliance with 21 CFR part 11; 2 years’ experience using Viota software and a solid understanding of how it applies to OINDP products with the ability to use a Viota platform and related databases sitting on an Oracle database; 2 years’ experience in supporting accounts in key geographic areas (China and India); 1 year experience developing analytical methods for aerosol / spray analysis, 1 year experience with statistical tools for data analysis.
