Root Cause Analysis and Advanced Troubleshooting Skills for the SprayVIEW® Measurement System

This one-day training program teaches advanced spray pattern and plume geometry techniques that enable analysts to leverage the full potential of the SprayVIEW ® Measurement System.

Upon completion, analysts will be able to: evaluate changes in product performance; assess lot-to-lot variability; detect, evaluate, and diagnose the root cause of out-of-specification (OOS) and out-of-tolerance (OOT) results; and reduce risks such as quarantined lots, production downtime, and costly resolution procedures.

One-day Training Program includes:

  1. Detailed review of global regulatory guidance and different submission approaches to satisfy a variety of regulatory environments
  2. Solutions for common hardware and software challenges, including hands-on practice
  3. Available analytic tools to improve data quality without re-measuring samples
  4. Advanced data analysis skills and workflow for troubleshooting out-of-specification (OOS) and out-oftolerance (OOT) results and diagnosing the root causes for in vitro and stability testing discrepancies

    –Utilizing the force profile to evaluate the valve performance throughout life

    -Utilizing the intensity profile to evaluate the product stability throughout life and detect potential leakage, formulation, and device defects

  5. Advanced data analysis skills and workflow for incoming materials control, including pump/valve release testing and incoming actuator testing

    -Utilizing the force profile as an incoming valve QC tool

    -Utilizing the spray pattern and plume geometry as an incoming actuator QC tool

To ensure quality training, the maximum number of trainees is set at 4 (7000 – ATR3 add-on required). Prior, successful completion of SprayVIEW ® Basic Training (7000 – TR) is a pre-requisite for this course.
